Rosemary Grilling Seasoning
6 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lime zest
2 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
6 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
2 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
-Heat oven to 350º for one hour.
-Combine all ingredients and place on baking sheet.
-If using dried herbs, add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to ingredients.
-Turn off oven and place tray inside overnight or for 8 hours.
-Remove tray from oven and store seasoning in a dry place.
This seasoning in great on chicken, pork, beef, vegetables, and fish. Just sprinkle on and prepare dish as usual.
