Lavender Lemon Zest Biscuits

4 cups self-rising flour
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup shortening
4 tbsp 10x sugar
2 tbsp fresh lavender
Zest from 1 lemon

-Cream shortening and sugar until smooth
-Gently fold in flour
-Add buttermilk
-Add lavender and lemon zest
-Roll out dough or use a small scoop
-Put on parchment paper, brush with butter
-Bake at 400º or until golden brown
