Greetings!

Notes from Skippa's Garden features articles on various herbs, edible flowers, perennials, and vegetables. Some will be familiar to you, whereas others will be new. In each article, the featured plant will be described through four areas of study, including a brief history, culinary and medicinal uses (if applicable), and the cultivation or growing techniques.

A plant zone map is provided to help you decide if the plants are adaptable to your area.

I have listed several books for suggested reading and study. I use these books frequently and highly recommend each of them.
